Almost all taiko music is composed of basic subdivisions of the pulse;
play with the pulse, cut it in half; cut it in fourths. Keeping our
tempo constant as we switch between these can be difficult. Today's
timing drill, "straight-hit stability" tackles this issue.

For an additional challenge, try playing the 16th notes (the fourth
line of the drill loud). Don't rush!
