Are there any programs that can be used to safely edit the registry?
What I'm thinking of is something that might track down registry entries
having to do with any given add-on program, and tell you if deleting any
of the entries would destabilize the registry somehow. Maybe even run a
backup of the rigistry so you can recover if it doesn't work out. Sort
of a 'wizard' approach. Is there anything new like this?
