[24hoursupport] question

I am using Windows ME....OE5. When I click on link from e-mail, all I get is a
window with the title of the site at the top and the bar across the bottom to
view the rest of the page. On the page I get just the background....no
text....no other pics. What have I done?
This happened yesterday so I shut down the machine and when I started it today,
it worked fine for the first few links....then the above started happening
again.
