Hi Oe6,
sometimes it is necessary to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.

Also check for updated drivers on the CD manufactures site.

Or even uninstall the drivers and shutdown the computer and unplug the=
 cables from the drive and restart the computer to check and make sure all=
 the drivers are removed.

Then shutdown and reinstall the cables and restart the computer and let=
 Windows find it again.
