If you have the install cd or have the win95 cab files on your computer you might be able to install what you might need. Go into control panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Windows Setup -> Multimedia and look there to see what you have installed. You might be missing one of those basic Windows programs. You could try installing everything if you have the hard drive space.
