Gene, It is v.7.0.300, virus base 266.5.0. Also file version 220.127.116.118. Updates every other day or so automatically. Haven't run Spybot lately but that never seemed to cause a black out like this before. We did just get an upgrade a couple weeks ago from dialup to high speed with an ethernet card or something like that. With apologies, I'm still terribly unfamiliar with the new internet access particulars on my own system, which the isp field service guy installed free, and I've never used it before this.
