Download Treesize professional from
http://www.jam-software.com/treesize/index.shtml and see if it helps to
determine which of your directories are very large on a comparative basis.
Rename the file to something different  and save it a different folder to
see
of it makes an difference in your day to day work If everything works ok
without much problems delete those files after a few days. HTH
