I don;t use Outlook Express though ??

We use Novell Groupwise here ??

So how can it be a backup of the address book ???

Since they're been much discussion, I will fill people in.  The file
is
due to a bug in Outlook Express.  It's a backup of your address book. 
It
is quite safe to delete, and has nothing to do with any viruses.
