[24hoursupport] Some keys fails

Hi, all guys,
I installed windows 2000 Server edition on my computer. Some keys has
failed recently. The letter @ and " exchanges each other. I mean that the
computer gives @ when I type ", and gives " when I type @. I also found
some other letters has similer problem.
How do I repair it?
