First I'd try reinstalling the offending app. From the path I'd guess it's something like Carbon Copy or similar. Then try uninstalling it properly from add-remove programs. In Win98 you may also find references to the .vxd in system.ini that can be removed. And of course run Regcleaner ( http://www.jv16.org/ ) and delete all references to it. >I'm using W98.
