Good evening Bruce Does your computer allow you to actually start up ? (does the error appear and tell you to press any key to continue etc) Did you uninstall anything shortly before the error started ? (its possible the filename is associated with the program removed) Have you tried to run an updated antivirus program ? (the filename with odd letters may be virus related) Hopefully that gives you something to start with Christy *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** On 8/4/02 at 02:02 PM Bruce Cook wrote: >When I restart my computer I get an error message saying "Cannot find the >file qrunq.pif" Check the file name and extensions..... > >Any ideas on what I need to do? > >Thanks. > >Bruce Cook >mailto:bdcbbq1@xxxxxxxxx > > - Users can unsubscribe from this list by sending email to 24hoursupport-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web interface at http://web.tampabay.rr.com/spider1/24hrsupport.htm.
