Does your computer allow you to actually start up ?
(does the error appear and tell you to press any key
to continue etc)
Did you uninstall anything shortly before the error
started ? (its possible the filename is associated
with the program removed)
Have you tried to run an updated antivirus program ?
(the filename with odd letters may be virus related)
Hopefully that gives you something to start with
