Inspector will work with Outlook Express.  You can also add
http://keir.net/k9.html to the list for Outlook Express.  That one is very
similar to Mail Washer I think.

Using outlook express 6, it's my in-laws really after a break on the
internet open e-mail to find 3 or 400 spam messages. They don't want to
receive mail form anyone except people in the address book if possible.
