Are you sure your new memory is installed correctly and that it is the right type for your machine? Do you get any beep or other sound when you powerup the computer? In other words is there any indication that the computer is trying to go through its POST routine? If you have a floppy drive, does the floppy light come on (if you have indicated boot from floppy in bios setup).
