[24hoursupport] Help, blue screen!

Yesterday I found that it became very slow when I log on my computer (win2k + 
sp4). When the Norton was scanning my computer, it shows blue screen suddenly. 
It showed that "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED".Then it began dump physial memory 
and shut down. 

Can you help me?
