[24hoursupport] Exporting Messages

I am trying to export messages on OE 6 clicking on file, export, export
messages to and I get this error message.
"An error occured while initializing MAPI."
Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

I am running Win ME with IE/OE 6.0
- Users can unsubscribe from this list by sending email to
24hoursupport-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the
Subject field OR by logging into the Web interface at
http://web.tampabay.rr.com/spider1/24hrsupport.htm.
