[24hoursupport] Error 623

Hi, I have a prob loading AOL broadband to my Windows XP laptop, the BT 
Voyager ADSL modem 'appears' to load ok but is not registered in the 'devices 
manager' but it then states that the BT Voyager ADSL modem is loaded but 
comes up with the Error 623 message if I try to connect the modem ? Any ideas 
?
