Joellen,
regscvr32jscript.dll is not a valid file name. Some one is telling you that
you need to register jscript.dll. The regsvr32 is a command issued at a
command prompt. Post more information about the problem you are having.
What are you doing, and when does the error message come up? Can you relate
it to any changes made on your PC? Keep in mind when asking questions, that
you are asking for help on something that none of us can see. We need to
paint a mental picture of what is going on to venture a "guess" as to what
might fix it. Saying "I'm trying to update my windows" doesn't paint a
picture for me.

Subject: [24hoursupport] DLL question please

I am just wondering if there is somewhere one can check to see what dll
files you are suppose to have on your computer.
I was trying to update my windows and I can't get them to update it says
Error number: 0x800A0005 I have been dealing with their support group and
the only thing that has happened is more errors.
One person said I need to have regsvr32jscript.dll but I don't have this.
I've done a search and run but nothing. I have tried to find it online to
download but can't find it anywhere. ANY help is most appreciated!
