Using OE 5.   The only filter allowed is "If sender contains people.."
Listed under mail rules. No place allowed to type a rule in. J.H.

What mail program are you using?  OE 5, I would suspect.  If that is the
case, you would want a filter like

Sender      CONTAINS     @hotmail.com
