vote-electronique: Vote �lectronique

Created in order to replace 'vote-electroniq'

Discussion list about dangers of electronic voting. Some topics will be technology-related, since voting equipements are computers, and because an important part of contributors are computer scientists. This part never hesitates to bore the non-techie part with technical debates ;-) Other topics will be watching the medias, and organizing action. Language is French.
