usk19_scouts: USk 2019 Augsburg Scouts
We will organize a non profit event in August 2019 called "German Urban Sketcher Meeting 2019 in Augsburg"
The list shall be used for the people helping at the event. We call this people scouts. But probably assistant or guide would have been a better name for them.
We need to coordinate meetings, share information and support each other.
The helping people (scounts) will support trainer by guiding them and there group in the city.
The people in the list are normaly not in contact with each other, so we do not want to expose all the e-mail-addresses to all people taking part.
It will be help full if the scouts are able to communicate directly with each other if problems show up.
