Earlier this year, three colleagues and myself wanted to create the world's first open source medial textbook. We have just collected version 2.0 of this book, which is freely available for download, and works on most PDA platforms:

The next step is to encourage the readers to debate and extend the content of the book. The topic and methodology have excited many doctors about the potential of handheld technology.
