glowcode-testing: GlowCode Testing

Note to Freelists:

We already have a list called "glowcode" at Freelists. My husband is the list owner, and he and I are the administrators. Right now we're trying to create "glowcode-testing" which will be used for test purposes only, before we send mailings to the real list.
