cmsimple-cms: CMSimple CMS

The original flat-file version of CMSimple discussed here. CMS requires no dBase such as MySQL. The program has gone through many revisions, but, the original, in my opinion, is the best. The CMS is offered under GPL. This is a discussion on the use of the program. Tips and help. I am a blind user and find this small footprint program easy to install on a server, easy to update and easy to manage and template. If I can make this little gem work, anyone can.
