3countybailbond: Tri-County Bail Bond LIstserv
Here is a description: there are three counties: Hays, Comal, and Guadalupe. There are bond companies that operate in all three. We are creating an association. In an effort to be able to communicate daily to all, we believed a listserve would work. On a daily basis, we all have questions on processes and procedures that may have changed at each jail. Also, there are many defendants in our jails who may not be a great candidate for our surety bonds, and we want to keep one another informed of any issues. Lastly, we are required to attend 8 hours of legal training annually. This listserve will allow us to keep one another informed on changes in the law that may affect the way we do business. It would be a platform where we unite and discuss issues in our business in these counties.
