This list appeared from the need of a public discussion concerming the landscaping improvements in the city of Lisbon (Lisboa, Portugal) and the problems the motorcycling community is now facing at several levels, including even law enforcement harassment.
But it's not exclusive to this subject and I'm sure several other subjects concerning 2 wheels will be discussed here.
