We will discuss matters such as how to be helpful to clients who present unusually difficult challenges, how to educate the public about when they should seek a mediator, and what, given the constraints of ethics and laws, we can and cannot do as we facilitate family negotiations. Mediators help families make decisions about co-parenting, marriage, divorce, elder care, etc.
