Why does my header or footer not appear on posts?

After being sure you’ve added the appropriate text to the files in the Web Login, the most common reason for headers and footers not appearing is that the sender is posting in HTML format. Because it isn’t plain text, Ecartis doesn’t make any modifications to the posts. You can turn off HTML by turning on the humanize-html option.
