as it seems VLC 2.2.4 build against qt5 breaks phonon for KDE SC 4.
VLC 2.2.4 build against qt4 is landed in our repo today and should fix all
knotify issues you might've encountered after the prior VLC update.

This includes continues playback and various fixes for video playback of
h.265/hevc, h.264, flac, vp8 & vp9
It also includes the feature to download new extensions for vlc directly
from its plugin manager.
VLC is now compiled against Qt 5 so it will ask to install various qt5
libraries when upgrading.
