The Doodle Poll has resulted in Friday 10th February from 10am until midday as
the date convenient for the largest number so lets meet then.

I have asked Waitrose in Worcester whether the Community Room is available. In
case it is not available I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if you have
a room which we could use.
