Hi Kirby. LW says of the visual room that "I can as little own it as I can walk about in it, or look at it, or point to it. Inasmuch as it cannot be any one else's, it is not mine either [...] But then the visual room /cannot/ have any owner." (PI 398, italics in the original.) It doesn't seem too strong to say that the visual room /cannot/ be pointed to, when there is nothing to point to it. In the example you give above, I would say that he isn't pointing to his visual room but to a drawing of his visual room.
