Fellow wiscbirders, It appears that the winds will be shifting tonight and come from the WNW, sustained anywhere between 20-35 mph. These high winds will continue until Monday night. So, I'm hoping that any raptors and passerines will take advantage of the winds tonight and tomorrow.
