The 2nd Forest Beach Migratory Preserve Raptor Watch for this fall will be
held IF conditions are right (winds from the west or northwest), on Sunday,
November 8th, from 8am to approx 2pm. If weather or winds are not
promising, there won't be anyone there.

November can be (with the right conditions) good for all of the later
migrant raptors. Maybe a Golden Eagle? Red-shouldered Hawks, harriers,
red-tails, Rough-legged Hawks, etc., plus other landbirds are all possible.
