Sorry meant just to reply to Greg but OK. Last night same thing for me. Sunday I had palm warblers everywhere, sometimes 3 in one tree, last night not a single one. Only warblers I had were one remaining YR and a FOY common yellowthroat. I did, however, have lots of gnatcatchers, also FOY I think. Maybe check Retzer tonight if I get a chance... -Mike Duchek, Waukesha, WI -----Original Message----- From: Mike Duchek Sent: Friday, May 06, 2011 6:41 AM To: gseegert@xxxxxxxxx ; wisbirdn@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [wisb] Re: bird predictions I just kind of ignore all those messages haha. You'll either hear how great the birding was or some convoluted explanation why it wasn't. -Mike -----Original Message----- From: Seegert, Greg Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2011 11:08 PM To: wisbirdn@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [wisb] bird predictions All Last evening there were predictions that, based on radar images, birds were suppose to arrive en mass today.. Well, where were they? They weren't in N IL and as best I can decipher from the Wisbirdn posts they weren't in WI either. Could one of you radarologists explain what happened?
