[wisb] "White-winged" Junco?

Hi everyone--
On Sunday, I observed a single Dark-eyed Junco with two white wing-bars feeding
from a tube feeder hanging in my backyard in Milwaukee Co., WI.

I know that adult "Slate-colored" Juncos occasionally show whitish wing-bars,
so I hesitate to call the bird a "White-winged" Junco, but photos of
"Slate-coloreds" I've seen show pale wing-bars (e.g., photo 49.5, Beadle and
Rising, 2002, p. 217). The bird I saw had what looked like white edges on the
tertials and obvious, not pale, white tips on the secondary coverts. So I'm
wondering: Have any other Wisconsin birders observed a "White-winged" Junco?

Thanks, and good birding!
