[wisb] White-eyed vireo, Palmyra

Out and about birding Jefferson County this morning. Had a White-eyed
Vireo (first heard then seen) on the west end of Carlin Trl. on north
side of road, across the railroad tracks which lie across the road
from Palmyra Camp @ 1145. 10 Warbler species on nearby ice age trail
including Hooded & several Blue-winged. Other noteworthy birds, FOY
Scarlet Tanager, Yellow-throated Vireo, Least Flycatcher.
