Here are some of the images from my recent trip to Western Canada - nesting red
necked grebes with chick, western & mountain bluebirds, calliope hummer,
evening grosbeak, rattlesnake and badgers.
We also saw and photographed a night snake - the rarest snake in Canada. The
Ministry of Environment said that our sighting was just the 30th ever in
Canadian history.
