[wisb] Soras still at Sheridan Park, Milwaukee County

The sora rails are still at Sheridan Park in Cudahy. I've seen two at a time a 
few times I've visited since May. Yesterday, once again, I found two right 
away. 
Unfortunately for me, they quickly walked under some reeds and I lost them. So 
no photos. Which makes me really angry, since my brother always seems to find 
them out in the open. Some people have all the luck!
