[wisb] Short-Eared Owl

Hi all,
I had superb views of a Short-Eared Owl at Shady Lane, Neenah this evening. It
flew right over my head at exactly 4:30pm and then proceeded to hunt along the
south side of the road.
Also at least a dozen Rough-Legged Hawks (including one dark morph) and 5
Northern Harriers (all ringtails).
