[wisb] Scoters remain, Lake Mendota, Dane Co/

All,
I was surprised today to find "the" Surf Scoter and "the" White-winged
Scoter (same birds as last Saturday?) on Lake Mendota in Dane County.  The
Surf was diving near the south end of the mooring bouys just to the south of
Marshall Park and the White-winged was  straight out from the eastern
"breakwall" protecting the beach at Gov. Nelson State Park.
