As of 1:50 pm, there were two Surf Scoters and three Black Scoters at
Tenney Park in Madison. If you go to the end of the break wall where it
turns, the Surf were to the south, looking toward Memorial Union, with
several Bufflehead. If you go out the the end of the "L" and look north,
the Surf were skimming together amongst C. Goldeneye and Bufflehead. Past
the Surf were about 20 Canvasback as well as about 75 Tundra Swans. Very
near shore on the south side were three Mute Swans. Also, three C. Loon,
one RB Merganser, and one Horned Grebe.
