[wisb] Red-necked Phalarope near Eau claire

This evening at the corner Truax pond (se intersection of Co. Line Rd. and 
Kane/Wheaton Rd.) we found one Red-necked Phalarope, one Wilson's Phalarope, 
and a few peeps including Semi. Sand.s and maybe a Least or two. The eagle that 
sometimes claims the muskrat lodge wasn't there, fortunately. The Yellow-headed 
Blackbirds were carrrying on as usual.
