[wisb] Red-necked Phakaropes-Eau Claire County

At 2pm today, there was a pair of Red-necked Phalaropes on Truax Pond on Kane
Road in Eau Claire County. Also present were a number of white-rumped
sandpipers and maybe a few others that I haven't identified yet, but may be
able to get from photos.
