Flapping flapping, the night's cool air!
Along with mates, our migration dare.
A chirp or chip, peep-whistle to our flight!
Down below, the land, the water, the city lights.
Hours pass, to the rhythm we go still higher! 
Oh crap! <SPLAT!> That was a freak'n guy-wire.
