[wisb] Probabl Whimbrel at Shoveler's Sink

Sorry for the delay in posting this.  I had an email from Dan Doeppers 
around 12:45 today that he and a few others had a probable Whimbrel at 
Shoveler's Sink.  The Black-bellied Whistling Duck and at least two 
Avocets were also still present.
