While driving on Patch St in Stevens Point I noticed a bird flying south that looked like a large swift. I did a double take and it was a Common Nighthawk, it had long, angled wings and white wing-bars, and a small swift-like body. It was apx. 4:30 P.M. when I saw the bird, it was heading south. I also had 2 Hummingbirds over I-39 just south of Plover yesterday, not exactly sure on the species but, most likely Ruby-throated.
