[wisb] Piping Plover at Stateline Beach (Illinois)

There is a report on IBET of a Piping Plover seen at Stateline Beach on
the IL/WI border Tuesday evening. The bird hadn't been seen earlier in
the day, so apparently had come in later. There is also a Red Knot at
Montrose. I haven't seen anything recently about the California Gull.
