Checked out the ponds by the Pieper Power plant during my lunch break again today. I still find a couple of Solitary Sandpipers and 1 Spotted Sandpiper. A Song Sparrow came in for a drink. Nothing unusual today, Mallards, Canada Geese, Killdeer and Red-Wing Blackbirds. The Red-Wings were having a fit across the road, something must have been over there bothering their nests but I never could find out what it was. I'm surprised to not find a list of birds seen during the Go Green event this past weekend. Did nobody compile a list?
