[wisb] Peshtigo CBC NW portion

On Sat Dec 17 we had 34 species (our highest number in the 7 years that we have 
participated) on the NW quarter of the Peshtigo CBC.  Highlights include:
1 Ruffed Grouse
10 Rough-legged Hawk
1 Am Kestrel
8 Ring-billed Gull
1 Barred Owl
2 Yellow-shafted Flicker
1 Northern Shrike
8 Eastern Bluebird
11 Lapland Longspur
34 Snow Bunting
 2 Common Redpoll
