[wisb] Pardeeville, Columbia County sightings

Becky had a couple of interesting sightings in the back yard yesterday.  She 
had a late Dark-eyed Junco.  We haven't had one here in at least two weeks.  
She also saw a fledgling House Finch to brighten up her day.
