[wisb] Osprey/Stoughton

Two pair of osprey are already nesting at the usual locations and 2
new pair are trying to build nest.
One pair is attempting to nest on a high utility pole on Hwy 51 near
Becks Tavern. This is actually between McFarland & Stoughton. Another
pair is putting sticks on top of the lights at Mandt Park in town.
Both are not good locations and will likely fail. But you never know.
Also had a cormorant flying south along the river north of town and
this morning I heard my 1st house wren calling in the back yard.
